1. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Our average delivery time is  5–12 business depending on your country and local postal services.

3. How do I track my order?

4. I didn’t receive my tracking number. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact us at support@pravonfitness.com

5. My tracking number shows no updates. Is this normal?
Yes, it may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear. This is normal for international shipments.

6. What is your return policy?

7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within the first 12 hours. After processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

8. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@pravonfitness.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
